I've had a closer look at Burns and variants and I get the feeling that
there are two distinct groups :
Group 1 105684,112329,N44855,85959,34737,92023,42289,92019
Group 2 94660,36715,30771,39360,70950,32133,N2321,76936,20413
Do you think it's possible that the one group is Scots-Irish and the other
group Irish-Irish? I may be way off the mark.
Sandy,
I grouped the above haplotypes to see if I could see what you do, but something excapes me. What do you see that would divide them into Irish-Irish and Scots-Irish?
thanks,
Paul
