Like John, I am switching to calling M222 just that and skipping the competing FTDNA and ISOGG designations. We should all use the furthest "downstream" SNP we have. As for the initial letters, EthnoAncestry uses 'S' while FTDNA apparently uses several such as 'U', 'P', and 'L'. I think 'L' means it is still under development and will eventually be changed to a 'P' but I am not sure.
