Ahh but there is, hence my question about Williams' Syndrome. In
Williams syndrome there is a missing group of about 20 or more genes
that cause "the gift of Gab" and a leprechaun like body stature. A
pixy-like face, and a gregarious nature. The condition also brings
along a lot of problems with the connective tissues, and circulatory
system. The Syndrome causes its people to be very talkative, very
friendly, not recognize social propriety, and have NO FEAR of strangers.
My mother says that is the Irish stereotype, and describes
'leprechauns'. Williams people are 15% shorter, have a distinctive
brain structure, (also 15% less mass) and have a deficiency in Math,
and great skill in language use. Some have perfect pitch. Many have
retardation, but some do not. IT IS Genetic.
My daughter has it.
