For those who may not be familiar with different data bases, you are talking
about a Ysearch record.
The answer to your specific question is, "In between." You have not been
given a SNP test, but the R1b1c7 designation is a more than an assumption.
It is a projection based on STR values. The "tested" note in the haplogroup
field is not explained on the web site, but it seems to indicate that the
values were entered by automatic upload from FTDNA rather than individually
by the user.

I just upgraded my reading to 67 markers, where it used to say R1b, it now
says R1b1c7 (tested), does that mean they actually ran the test, or does
that mean that it is still assumed?
