I feel your frustration Harold my two Dunbar ancestors came here sometime
1730 and settled in Penn. It is though they sailed from Northern Ireland but I
and several other's can not find a connection in northern Ireland or
Scotland. I am R1B1C7 plosive but my Grandmother was of Irish descent from the
Flynn's could that be what is showing up? There seems to be hundreds of Dunbar's
who came to this country and Canada at the same time as mine. And not all
match, or knows who is who? Your not alone.
