Dear Beth,
Check out lulu.com which is an online publishing company. It doesn't cost anything. You set up your book online and people purchase it if they want it. Since it's not in hardcopy, there are no costs for submitting or setting it up. There is, however, people who want to sell you their services for organizing it, designing covers, etc. But a plain basic book can be posted for free.
