These records are now on line to search via
http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/news/681.htm

having found my missing gt gt granduncles, the record only gives me their Register Ticket and place of birth, does anyone know if and how I can get further information from the National Archives, presumably using the register ticket.

The only other info I have is:
BT114 piece 19
