Hi there
I am researching the family of John AMBROSE in Plymouth, Devon.
John died in 1872 & I have read that in Devon in 1872, Smallpox killed 448
people.
Is there a list available of the people who died from this epidemic.

Also, John's wife Elizabeth & 6yr old daughter Mary, both died in 1858. Was
there any notable sickness around at this time?
