There is no complete MI index for Devon, the Devon FHS has a
miscellaneous collection in the member's area of the Society's website,
with some more still to be digitised.
I have also checked the Devon FHS
burial index for you but there is no Humphrey Toms buried in 1834 in St
Sidwells, Exeter.
