If you look at the bottom of every Devon mailing list message (including  this one) you will see that the Devon-L mailing list is co sponsored by Genuki/Devon and  there is a link to Genuki Devon.  A click on the link will take you to the Devon page which will be the best way to answer your question.

The different counties have varying amounts of information and the Devon listers are extremely lucky because the Devon pages are excellent and you will regularly see Brian's messages letting us know what new information has been posted on Genuki Devon thanks to public spirited transcribers. 
 
I would recommend a trip to Genuki as the first step when you have a genealogical question relating to the UK.  I answer many questions posted on the list simply by consulting Genuki Devon.  In fact, my heart sank when I saw Brian's message because I know from past experience that when it is unavailable I always desperately want to check something or to consult one of the Parish Register transcriptions!
