Hi, there are two William Leworthy entries in the NA catalogue. One is for a William Leworthy born Devon Attestation papers to serve in the Royal Marines at Plymouth 1874 ( when aged 19) discharged 1883 as Run , joined from 1st Devon Militia , 1874 -1883. And second William Leworthy . Entry papers for service as an Excise man , 1838 . Neither may be any use to you but its not the most usual name .
There is also a Charles Leworthy, born Devon , with the same Attestation papers but for 1878 ( when aged 19 ) and he was discharged also in 1883 as an Invalid .
And a James Leworthy , dates served, 1st Sept 1769- 20 March 1792 when admitted to Greenwich Hospital 20 April 1792 .
