Many thanks - I'd searched on "malt rate" not "malt". The A2A
catalogue entry would indicate that this Churchwarden's Book contains
a number of very interesting-sounding items:

This catalogue entry does not make it clear that the Malt Rate payers
are listed, but the reference to East Budleigh I found at http://nefamilies.com/fam/groupsheetI100001350.aspx
cites the name of a malt rate payer. So it is perhaps fair to assume
that there is a East Budleigh listing of the Malt Rate that is as
interesting/valuable as the Woodleigh one.

The problem is now to find someone who is willing to investigate
further, and if appropriate to visit, or to acquire a copy from, the
DRO and transcribe it.

Any volunteers?

Cheers
