Just been trying to find on the 1851 census the brother, Charles Walter
BROWN, of my 2 x great grandfather, Henry Vickery BROWN, both of Exeter.

I came across a Charles BROWN (not mine) in Exeter, with the very unusual
occupation of Mesmerist.

My Charles married Ann SEWARD in Tiverton in 1850, and moved to London. He
was a basket maker.
