Mr. and Mrs. John SELDON, of Bonvilston-road, Pontypridd, will celebrate their diamond wedding to-day (Thursday). Mr. SELDON is now 85 years of age, and Mrs. SELDON 81. They were married at Sampford Peverell Parish Church, near Tiverton, Devonshire. In 1890 they removed to Cardiff, where Mr. SELDON was employed for many years as a journeyman tailor with Messrs. MASTERS and Co. Later they removed to Pontypridd. There were eleven children of the marriage, three of whom are deceased. There are seventeen grand-children and eleven great-grandchildren. Both Mr. and Mrs. SELDON maintain great acticity and a keen interest in all the affairs of life.
