Samuel SKINNER was born in Ashburton c1735 (bap 8 Dec 1735)
He married Martha Endle in Ashburton on 20 Nov 1759.
He died in Wolborough 5 May 1786.

Samuel's father was called John.

There is a tree on OneWorldTree that lists a Samuel Skinner b 1735 in
Ashburton as the son of John Skinner and Anne Parker which sounds like a
likely match.

He had the following children (all born in Wolborough) -
Martha b 1767
Joseph b 1769
James b 1771
William b 1773
Richard b 1775
Edward b 1776
Mary b 1778
Charles b 1780
Robert b 1782

I'm guessing there could be other children (between 1759 and 1767) - I'm
particularly interested in finding one called John Skinner since he
would link Samuel to my family. It would seem quite likely that there
was a John given Samuel's father was a John and the propensity to name
children after the parents and grandparents.

All the best

Tim
