Hi
I'm wondering if anyone has access to Wesleyan marriages - possibly
Tavistock in c 1820.
John Blight and Elizabeth had 6 children that I'm aware of between 1821
and 1841.
Joseph (1821) and Harriet (1821) died.disappeared before the 1851
census; Mary Ann Nicholls Blight (1822) was born in Tavistock where she
was baptised in the Wesleyan Church.
Sarah (1825) and Elizabeth (1828) were baptised in 2 different Wesleyan
Churches in Bristol. There was another Sarah Ann in 1841 also born in
Bristol.
While John Blight was from Illogan in Cornawall, Elizabeth was from
Watchet (north coast of Somerset). Given they were certainly in
Tavistock early in their marriage, is ther anybody who could see if they
could find their marriage for me please?
Many thanks
ssyphanie
