For at least some parishes -- I'm not sure if it applies to all -- you will
pay the DRO for the fiche, but also a separate charge to the parish. You
can put the DRO amount on a credit card if you want, but you'll need to get
a check or money order in sterling for the parish council.



Sorry folks but if these are the people I rang and got quotes from, you will
need a mortgage as well. If it is another source I would appreciate someone
disputing my words as I would love to order Devon fiche, thank you.
