Hi Brian: The final result is absolutely fantastic, from a project entirely
conducted by volunteers under your incredibly skilled hands. It's a
stunningly rich resource. I feel very lucky to have been associated with a
project as marvellous as this, As an old codger I sometimes worry about just
where high tech is taking us, then something like this happens. Here is a
genealogical resource right out of the science fiction stories I used to
read as a boy. Many congratulations and thanks for making this project
happen, and for bringing it to fruition. It's my hope that the folk at DFHS,
DRO and Devonshire Association will nominate you for some splendid award for
having made the Devon Freeholders' Indexes available to us, Mike.
