I CLEARLY stated that this was not to be discussed on Devon-L. This
message from Ron could, in my opinion, be viewed as being a worse
contravention than Iris' original offer.
It is not illegal to use Cds in general for lookups- it is only
against the conditions of sale to ADVERTISE the offer of lookups.

I repeat NO further discussion on Devon-L.
