Thanks so much for the answers (on and off list) to my question re Susannah TOM and Charles Brown TOM dying in the same quarter/same page in 1875 (Holsworthy). I did think that it must have been an accident to have them dying together - but dying from an illness is also plausible.

I have an ancestor in Essex who lost her husband and 7 of her 10 children to Typhoid Fever in the 1820s - 3 on the same day!

I will be buying one of the death certificates to see what it says. If it's newsworthy I will let the list know.
