Hi Joy,

I'm on the IGI right now from Canada and there's no problem here. Have you
scanned your computer for viruses lately? If you're getting data miners,
you should download Ad-Aware from Lavasoft at http://www.lavasoftusa.com/.
It's free, and it gets rid of things like data miners.
