Got to the LDS catalogue
www.familysearch.org/ and put in Exeter and then view the Census Nos.
for 1871 - you will find the number of the film - FHL #831775, check it
yourself.

I'm hoping someone can save me a trip to the local Family History Centre. I
looked at microfilm for St Mary's Steps, Exeter, Devon 1871 census when in
Salt Lake City a couple of years back, but forgot to record the film number.
I thought there was a list on the Devon Genuki site, but I'm darned if I can
find it now. I'm finishing off an article describing my search for the
origins of my g grandfather John PULLMAN and I'm missing the film # for the
list of references. If anyone can provide it, I'd be very grateful.
