Hi there:
I have HARRIS in my tree but as I have just recently learned of this surname
I have been trying to discover from where it originates. My gg grandmother
was Elizabeth Ann Harris and immigrated from England to Canada in 1846 (have
not found parents name yet). She was born March 1, 1835. She married William
A. STEPHENS in 1854 in London, Ontario Canada and have recently found that
they were married by a Bible Christian minister which I have been informed
originated in Devon and Cornwall. If any of this sounds it could be
connected to you, I would love to hear from you.
