No, there's nothing complete all in one place. But many counties are covered
on an individual basis. See my chart

for a list of the ones that are online or on CD, but also be aware that
there are others on microfiche or printed or via postal lookup service etc.
etc.

If you can wait, Ancestry.com is supposed to put the entire 1851 online, all
in one go for the whole of England and Wales, some time this Autumn. For a
fee, of course.
