Could anyone please tell me what the English equivalent of EHEUDURO is please?

Francis Eheuduro SOBEY was bapt in Mexico son of a Devon father - Richard Thomas SOBEY
Francis came and went through Ellis Island frequently & is recorded as Francis T. Sobey.
