I can do some of the DRAKE bit! George Bernard Knighton DRAKE was
baptised in Ipplepen 24 Dec 1814, son of George (Esquire!) and Maria
Agnes Saltren DRAKE. He lived at Goodrington Sands, south of
Paignton, and in 1851 his occupation is 'Land Owner'. He married
Hannah HAZARD and had at least 4 children.
