I am seeking the whereabouts of Edward J PETERS in 1891. In 1881 he was
with his parents and siblings at 51 Commercial St., Exeter and he was back
with his widowed mother in 1901 at 4, Quay Lane, Exeter. In 1891 his
parents and some siblings were at 24 Quay Lane, Exeter but no sign of
Edward. He was born 1866 in Dartmouth and I would expect him to be
somewhere in Exeter although I have no positive proof.
