Hello Roger,

Benjamin was living in Bideford in 1891, as a boarder in the home of
Augustus MITCHELL, a coachman domestic servant. Here is the reference.

1891, Devon, Bideford, Enumeration District 4, RG12/1786, Folio 30, Page 15,
13 Torrington Street.

Benjamin JONES, Boarder, Married, 28, Coachman Domestic Servant, Employed,
Devon Instow

I wasn't able to find Thomas at all, even on the Wales, Channel Islands, and
Isle of Man censuses.
