The following is from the 1891 census, unfortunately the quality of the
census image is so bad I can't make out the street name other than it is
a street.

If you want the census image I can email it to you, hope you're on
broadband though as it's around 850K

Please, please, could some very kind person, able to look at the 1891
census, please look for the BARKER family?:-

1901 they were John age 58 b Plymouth, working in HM Dockyard, wife
Theresa age 49, b Hastings, Sussex, Bertram age 12 b Plymouth. Bertram
was actually born 24 October 1888. All living East Stonehouse,
Devonport. Can't read the name of the street.

1881 John was age 39 unmarried, labourer, with his parents, 6 Hampton
St, Plymouth Charles the Martyr.

1881 Teresa was age 29 unmarried, servant, 28 Penrose Street, Plymouth
St Andrew.
