Barry, unfortunately the 1871 census is not indexed, and as it is on roll
film and not fiche its unlikely anyone will have home copies. Have you got
an LDS family history centre near you? they should have it there or if not
can order it in for you.

I see from the 1881 census that some of the family were living in Ellacombe
(a district of Torquay) I only have a limited number of Ellacombe baptisms
but have found this one which may tie in:-
Baptised 4 October 1868 ??Harry DRAKE son of George & Matilda of Ellacombe,
fathers occ: Builder
