Would like additional information on Arthur STEPHENS & wife, MARY CLARK,
lived at one time at 44 Fleet Street, Devonport. Parents of Frederick John
STEPHENS, b.Feb 2, 1902.
Arthur was foreman of labourers a Keyham Extension Works. He is believed to
have died in a Turkish Prison, about 1914. He was my grandfather. I am new at
genealogy research and need help. I live in Ohio, USA
