Hi...

I just thought I would reply to this regarding SNELL. I have an Ann Snell,
b: abt 1768, married to Joseph Loveridge, m: 5 Feb 1788 in Offwell, Devon. I
know this is not the line you're searching, but it's information you might
want to hold onto.

We have an ancestor named George Paul Snell GARLAND, who was born in
Plymouth c1825. Until this week, we had assumed that his mother must have
been xxxx SNELL, but we have just discovered that she was Sarah BEST.
Presumably, therefore, we must look in the previous generation for the
origin of our SNELL. Do you have a female SNELL who married into the BEST
family c1780-1790?
