Hi Gary,
I have one of the Crediton films out at the moment, I will see what I can
do - I have been overwhelmed with lookup requests.
Our LDS is only open for 2 more weeks, but as long as no more films arrive
in for me to look at I should be able to get the time. The film I have out
covers baptisms 1813-1843 and marriages up to 1795.
Unfortunately it is ONLY transcripts of the registers and is on many pages,
especially the earlier marriages illegible.
Basically the only extra info on top of the IGI is occupation for the father
on the baptisms, and witnesses for the marriages.
By the way I have had 2 other requests for DREWs and I myself have GIBBONSs
in Crediton.

I wonder if SKS would know if there is an OPC for Crediton?, as i seem to
hit a large brick wall with my Easterbrook's.
I have confirmed that William [born 1786] married Hannah
Hammet/Hammett/Hamet in 1808 in Crediton, i am having trouble finding his
parents and or siblings. (He is my 3xGt Grandfather)
Working logically through the IGI i surmise that William Easterbrook[born
1764] and Mary Ball (married 1785 in Crediton) may be them.
I know that Williams sister Fanny married John Pitts in 1837 at the parish
church in Crediton, i also suspect that his older brother John may have
married Fanny Drew in 1831 also in Crediton. (Not confirmed)
Again working through the IGI i think his grandparents might be Phillip
Easterbrook and Sarah Gibbons married in 1759 in Crediton.
I wonder if someone may have access to Crediton records amd may be kind
enough to have a look for me. to see if any of this ties up.
I will be most grateful to anyone who can offer me some help in this matter.
