Hello,
You will have to visit the websites for Bampton,Uffculme and Holcombe Rogus?
I have no Census Records others might help.
There was a New Inn at Holcombe Rogus in 1850 prop.Samuel Wright
Ditto Lamb Inn Uffculme 1850 Prop.William Wonson
Ditto Tiverton Hotel Bampton 1850 prop William Trickey
There was a Charles Hellings listed as a Malster in 1850 at Holcombe Rogus
1920 the Inn Proprietor at Holcombe Rogus was William Frances Tooze.
The Tiverton Inn/Hotel at Bampton is now called The Sea Horse
Most of these old time Props.seemed to have other occupations as well as Inn
Keeping.Sorry not much time and only a few Directories to hand.
Mary

John STYLE from Holcombe Rogus and that Bartholomew was born at The New Inn,
Holcombe Rogus around 1777!! Does anyone have anything on John please?
