Mine does! However it is still a copy, it is a certified copy produced by
the vicar at the time of marriage. On a modern copy of an old certificate
you get the registrar copying the signatures. Maybe this is something new,
I've only been married 6.5 years. I have an "original" certificate from 1878
and 1 from 1910 and neither are signed by the participants, only the vicar.

Hi List,

Take a look at your own Marriage Certificate. Does it have your signature
on it? No, it is a copy. The original is in the Marriage Register. The only
way to see the original is to look at the original register or a microfilm
of it. This may be at the County RO or at the Church. The original may
have been filmed by the LDS. It is easy to tell by looking for original
signatures.

Raymond
