I have a photo/postcard addressed from Rackfield? House, Barnstaple, dated
sep2 1915, signed Celia, I think sent to my Grannie at Falmouth, I think the
sender was her sister. Is anything known about this address at that time?
I think she may have been a governess, nanny or matron there. She mentions
'my girls, and their outing yesterday', but was not married, she would have
been about 49 years old.
Any ideas anyone?
