Thank you Lauren for replying. It doesn't say whether Robt. Blake was a
Clergyman or a Lawyer but must have been a highly respected person in the
community. I'm doing an indexing project with the book "Washfield" and it
is mentioned on pg. 11. There was a dispute on the heirship of Beauchamp,
Washfield. England at that time was Catholic -- its main religion, at that
time.
