Is the information that Mr. Dinham has been posting
copyright, or did it fall out of copyright years ago?

In many cases we confuse copyright on th layout etc
as copyright on content. I give as an example all
the classics that are not in copyright and are
published cheaply. The copyright in those cases is
over the layout, covers etc. You cannot re-copyright
David Copperfield surely.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
