Hi Jon,
Bableigh is listed in the Place Names Of Devon as a farm in the parish of
Parkham. It has the reference of Babelegh1504-15 in the Early Chancery
Proceedings 4, 371 (I don't know that reference). It looks to be in the
manor of Ash or Ashmoor Bridge.
