You sound as though you found it by accident ;-) in fact, for some
time the Lupppitt page in GENUKI/Devon has contained the following:

>The Luppitt Local History Group web-site provides information and
>extracts from their recently published book of Luppitt Local History.

The correct URL is http://www.studio888.freeserve.co.uk/luppitt/index.htm

However the site has expanded since the above text was added to
GENUKI/Devon, so I'll update it when i get a chance.
