Dear Clissie,
First of all I would recommend looking at the GENUKI sites for each parish.

Secondly, the records are all held at the Exeter Record Office for this
parish (Westleigh is part of Burlescombe), and you need to make an
appointment asap to make sure they have a fiche reader available for you to
use. For more information go to:

You can e-mail them for an appt. at
It cost £2 per day last time I was there, and you need some ID too.
