Let me follow my standard (perhaps annoying, but nevertheless
intended to be helpful) practice of responding (with a copy to the
list) with the answer to a more general question:

GENUKI (the UK & Ireland Genealogical Information Service) provides a
page via which you can readily find out, for each county of the UK
and Ireland, what mailing list(s) exist. This is at:

http://www.genuki.org.uk/indexes/MailingLists.html

Incidentally, GENUKI also provides a page via which you can similarly
find out what surnames listings exist (i.e. listings of who is
researching what surnames in a particular county or region). This is
at:

http://www.genuki.org.uk/indexes/SurnamesLists.html

And you can find the web sites of the various family history
societies via a listing provided at:

http://www.genuki.org.uk/Societies/
