You perhaps have not yet seen my lengthy note (Subject: Re: Stoke
Damerel Parish Records) in which I point out that Peskett's bok, good
though it is, has in fact been - to my mind at least - superceded by:
Wilcox, A. National Index of Parish Registers, Volume 8, Part 5: Devon,
London, Society of Genealogists (1999) 245 p. [ISBN 1 85951 605 X]
which is I believe still easily available.
