Dear Ernest,

I have consulted the trusty Phillimore's "Atlas & Index of Parish Registers"
which lists every historical (pre 1837) parish in the country. There is no
parish called Paschoe, or variant, in either Devon or Cornwall.

This may have been the name of a manor/and or house, but you would obviously
need to know the name of the parish it was in to be able to discover more
about it.

Have you consulted the excellent indexes in the West Country Studies
Library? There is a chance they may have something on it there.

Good luck.
