For those interested, the ITV television show "Find a Fortune" in the UK has posted some information on the above mine. They state that:

Normandy Mining Company, owners of the multi-million Kalgoorlie mine, are trying to trace the original shareholders of the first small companies that mined the outback, many of whom were British.
The area in the outback of Western Australia, known as Goldfields, attracted investors from all over the world when gold was discovered there in the late 1800s. Small companies sprung up around the area, and were eventually taken over by the Normandy Mining Company in the 1940s and 1950s.
