Just thought of a few more. When I was a kid living in France,(mid 50's) we
lived at 'le Grand Sapin' and 'L'Heures Douce' and 'Villa Manata'. To this
day we remember them by the name and not the address. Thus the house naming
is not limited to one country. My previous examples were in Ireland,Canada &
