Tony,

yes contract books are available for other towns. There is no
possibility to research such books online.
They can contain marriage contracts, sale contracts and others.

The Oberkirch contract books (some are in the state archive, others in
Oberkirch) contain sale contracts. I remember one contract of Anton Fetz
when he sold a field and some for Peter Schappach because of his
tanning-mill.

But I believe I told you this prior.
