>From the article: "Between 1963 and 1975, nearly a quarter of a million women
wore the military uniforms of the United States. Well over 10,000 women
served in the country of Vietnam itself. Most were part of the U.S. Army
Nurse Corps, most were young, and few realized the change their lives were
