Subject: [CUTHBERTSON] Canadian Census Campaign

The Canada Census Campaign needs the help of the genealogical community to
further their efforts of getting amendments added to
Bill S-13 or the bill defeated as the case maybe if the Government doesn't
add
the amendments, in order to facilitate the research of census records
without restrictions.

I am trying to get as many Canadian mailing list as possible to issue
the invitation. If you are an administrator of other lists I would
appreciate if you would also post the message on those lists also.

Canadian research will become far more difficult if this amendment to
the Statistics Act goes through as presently worded.

If you need further information Gordon A. Watts is the administrator for
the Canada Census Campaign list and I am sure he would be more than
willing to answer any of your questions
