In order to wrap up the books for the year I need to have expense sheets from
all board members ASAP. Please submit donation expense sheets ffor costs of
attending meetings etc as well [keep your receipts] I will send you a
donation letter verifying the amount you submitted.

I would like to have everything in hand no later than the end of the first
week of January.
